Ever dream of becoming a ballerina? No experience is necessary for this beginning ballet class! Learn the fundamentals of ballet barre and center work to build strength, coordination and flexibility. Perfect for beginners and experienced dancers. Ballet attire and shoes are suggested, but not necessary. Hair should be pulled back. Level: Beginner


BREAK LIKE A BGIRL w ShamRock | Thursday 9:00p

Learn a solid foundation as you study proper technique as well as the history of Bboying. By exploring the basic components (top rock, footwork, and freezes) you will realize how the physical movements relate to the rhythms of the music and the importance of building your own style into the dance. Loose-fitting workout attire and clean sneakers are suggested. Level: Beginner


BUMPS & GRINDS w Ginger Valentine | Wednesday 8:00p

Work on classic burlesque moves such as, bumps and grinds, shimmy and floor work in this heart-pumping, hip-shaking technique class. This class will help you build confidence and ooze sexuality! Fitted workout attire is suggested. No shoes are necessary. Level: Intermediate


BURLESQUE CHOREOGRAPHY w Missy Lisa | Tuesday 9:00p

Learn combinations and composition techniques from the professionals. Experienced choreographer, Missy Lisa, will help you learn how to incorporate dance moves, transitions and props into your choreography. Fitted workout attire is suggested. Bring heels to dance in. Level: Intermediate/Advanced


BURLESQUE PERFORMANCE w Ginger Valentine & Missy Lisa | Monday 9:00pm

This advanced, invitation-only class is an on-going workshop for active performers. By providing you with an opportunity to work on your burlesque act, from concept to choreography, you will build onstage confidence and improve your performances. Please email us to request an invitation.


BURLESQUE BODY WORKOUT w Missy Lisa | Tuesday 8:00p

Get in shape and sculpt your body into a lean dancers’ physique that will have you wanting to show off a lot more skin! In this high-energy workout class, you will tone your entire body using the most popular techniques from fitness and dance to strengthen and condition your body. Combining low-impact aerobics and super sexy dance moves, you will easily break a sweat while toning hips, thighs, buns and abs. Fitted workout attire and clean sneakers are suggested. Level: Beginner


INTRO TO BURLESQUE w Ginger Valentine | Monday 8:00p & Thursday 7:00p

In this technique-based class, you will begin to learn the basics of bumps and grinds, shimmy and floor work. No previous experience in burlesque is needed. Fitted workout attire is suggested. No shoes are necessary. Level: Beginner


STRETCH & FLEXIBILITY w Missy Lisa | Tuesday 7:00p

Build flexibility and strength while increasing range-of-motion in your joints. This low-impact workout class will take you through a series of stretches inspired by dance, yoga and pilates in order to balance out your body and relieve tightness and pain. You will learn correct alignments in class so you can stretch properly every day at home! Fitted workout attire is suggested. No shoes are necessary. Level: Beginner


STRIPTEASE TECHNIQUE w Ginger Valentine | Wednesday 9:00p

Learn classic striptease technique from the Queen of Burlesque: NOBF. In this class, Ginger Valentine uses a variety of techniques to explore costume removal, transitions and use of props. Fitted workout attire is suggested. Heels are required. Level: Intermediate/Advanced


YOGA w Ashley Compton | Monday 6:30p & Thursday 8:00p

This music-filled vinyasa flow combines the fluid expression of dance with receptive awareness in both the physical and mental realms. Confront your internal obstacles and overcome each challenge through the stability and strength within. Alignment cues will be provided to help you understand the benefit of each pose and keep your joints safe. You'll break a sweat, get a deep stretch and leave with balanced chakras, feeling refreshed! Fitted workout attire is suggested. No shoes are necessary. Level: Beginner/Intermediate
